MEREDITH FORD – PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Meredith established Lyn Tile in 1980 when the focus of business was small multi-family projects in Houston Texas.  Lyn Tile now contracts large commercial projects across the United States focusing on the East Coast.  Through the trials and tribulations of the ups and downs in the construction industry, Meredith prides herself on presenting Lyn Tile as a company of integrity, honesty and dependability.  Based on these attributes, Meredith started the East Coast Division in 1986.  She takes pride in her company and her dedication and leadership have a direct impact on those that work with and for her.  Her wishes to keep Lyn Tile in a structured environment, yet family atmosphere have influenced her employees to make Lyn Tile their long term career.

MARK WOOD – VICE-PRESIDENT & REGIONAL MANAGER EAST COAST
Mark came to work for Lyn Tile in 1986 to start the East Coast operations in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland and North and South Carolina.  Mark’s diligence and steady hand has helped lead the way to tremendous growth on the East Coast.  He represents Lyn Tile with integrity, honesty, dependability and extreme perseverance.  He is well respected by his colleagues as well as the clients he serves.  He is located in the Arlington, Virginia office.

TRAVIS KENEZEK – VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Travis joined Lyn Tile in 1998 as a project manager.  He is now head of all operations in project management, estimating and field operations.  He is based in the Houston office, but works hand in hand with Mark on the East Coast.  Travis has a tremendous work ethics and has been a strong influence in the expansion of Lyn Tile.  He is well respected by his colleagues, the work force in the field and the clients he works hand in hand with to make our projects a success.

 

PROJECT MANAGERS

 

DEREK HAM
Derek joined the Lyn Tile team in 2003.  He has an extensive management background and it shows in the way he handles his projects.  Derek tirelessly tackles any project and always brings it in on top as he deals with people from the highest executive to the day laborer.  Our clients are very pleased with the detail that he brings to his projects.  He works in the Houston office with numerous trips to oversee his projects in the D.C. area.

DOUG CHILEK
Doug began work at Lyn Tile in 2004.  He is known for his easy going personality and positive attitude.  He sincerely cares about his projects and how Lyn Tile is portrayed to the client.  His honesty and professionalism is respected by all from the field, his co-workers and our clients.  He also makes many trips to oversee his projects on the East Coast.

 

ESTIMATORS

 

STAN MOSLEY – LEAD ESTIMATOR
We are very happy that Stan has joined our Lyn Tile Family as an estimator. Stan started to work for his father in the tile business at a very early age. He took time off to attend Baylor University and then joined his father again at the Mosley Tile Company. Stan is definitely an asset to Lyn Tile. He is experienced in all aspects of the tile industry and excels in estimating.

JACK MORRIS – SENIOR ESTIMATOR
With 30 years of experience as an architect, Jack is a valuable asset to Lyn Tile in the estimating department.  Our clients appreciate his detail and quality bids.  He is willing to work as many hours as it takes to work with our clients on their projects for pre-con, value engineering or hard bids.  He does this with honesty and integrity.  He has been responsible for training new estimators with great success.

 

CORPORATE STAFF

 

MAGGIE LANDOW – CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATIOR/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
Maggie joined Lyn Tile in 1995 as contracts administrator and executive assistant to Meredith Ford. Her responsibilities
include all negotiations with contracts, working very closely with our insurance provider and bonding company. She
approves draw schedules and is involved in many other detailed projects. She works in coordinating the corporate office
and the Arlington, Virginia clients.

MELISSA HAMILTON – ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Melissa is our latest addition to Lyn Tile. She has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston with six years experience in accounting.

LAURA DAVIS – PURCHASING MANAGER
Laura works directly with the project managers coordinating purchase orders and follow-up to assure that accounting has all the necessary detail.  She does this while juggling her three children (Meredith’s lovely grandchildren) in all of their activities.  She also assists Meredith in marketing and looking to the future growth of the company.  She represents Lyn Tile with energy and integrity.

DORIS HAM – MARKETING/ESTIMATING COORDINATOR
Doris works directly with Meredith in marketing and in the follow-up of all projects that are bid from the estimating department.  She assists the estimating department in getting the plans from the client, coordinating the bid dates and making sure that all the changes are sent to estimating.  She is wonderful with our clients and always shows a genuine concern that we have given them the service they deserve.  Doris began her service with Lyn Tile, Inc. in 1997.

VEGSADY CANTU
The sound of Vegsady’s voice is the first voice that our clients hear and she is always pleasant and courteous.  She also assists in printing plans for our estimators, filing and generally anything requested of her by the accounting, purchasing and project management departments.  She is bilingual and is very helpful in communicating with the suppliers to workers in the field.  She is also a part-time college student and an asset to Lyn Tile, Inc.
